“I was given a very good trade-in deal on my previous equipment and, although the Stagepas 600i was not in stock it was ordered for me immediately and arrived in the shop on the date I was given for its arrival. I have been purchasing items from Bonners for nearly twenty years and have always appreciated the level of service I have been given which is why I return regularly.”

“Bonners where on top of all of my questions and enquiries about the Yamaha CVP705. During the interim of order and delivery, I had a couple more questions for which they where only too happy to answer and help me. The delivery guys where fantastic, carefully up boxing the piano and careful precise assembly. It was then left to me to play at my hearts content. Like an orchestra, the piano exploded into a full sound with drums, backing instruments and my microphone produced, with the help of the onboard vocal enhancers, I became who I wanted.....”

“I'm a national Sales Manager in my 'proper job' life and therefore I deal with sales people on a daily basis and I expect on being treated as I would treat others (sadly this is lacking in so many businesses these days!) However, and I am biased in this statement (!), musicians working in the music world are usually the ones who are the most 'interface friendly' and a joy to deal with! This is definitely the case with the staff at Bonners that I dealt with! Always friendly, efficient, knowledgable and most impressive they all talk to each other about customers as my transaction was fraught with problems sadly (none really to do with Bonners directly) but they all were aware of the situation and always happy to check progress and call straight back to keep me up to date!! Good job one and all!”
