“I ordered on line taking advantage of the interest free credit. I wasn't sure if I had completed the order correctly so I rung the store. They were extremely helpful and I received an acknowledgement that I had the loan almost immediately and my digital piano arrived within the week. I wouldn't certainly purchase items from Bonners again in the future”

“The entire purchasing experience was great. Staff were well informed and competent at communicating their knowledge and techniques. The showroom is well stocked enabling similar instruments to be compared and there was no pressure to limit the time to try out the various models. Part exchange allowances were realistic and fair. I have bought most of my keyboards from Bonners over the past 15 years and never regretted it.”

“Quick to answer the phone when making initial enquiry and gave good description of the second hand keyboard I was interested in. Sale went smoothly and I was kept up to date regarding delivery which was quick and on-time. I had some post sales technical queries and these were handled promptly by an advisor who clearly had excellent keyboard knowledge. All in all a very satisfactory purchase at a good price. First time I have used Bonners Music and would definitely be my first choice for future purchases.”

“Part exchange of my other keyboard went really smoothly, and Bonners offered a good price for it. The 61 key PA4X Pro keyboard I ordered was out of stock but came quite quickly. It was delivered well-packaged. I had some queries after a couple of days of using it, as it is a complex instrument. After downloading the latest firmware from Korg, my issues were resolved. Very pleased with the keyboard and the service I received. This is not the first time I used Bonners, and each time the degree of service has been excellent. When I purchased another Keyboard synth the previous year from them, I asked for certain orchestral software voices and they found them for me after a lot of research. So, attention to detail is very good. Great Part exchange, no hassle, and even got some extra styles for my instrument. The Youtube Bonners videos on the instrument were also very useful and informative, before I chose my keyboard instrument. Tony White certainly has extensive knowledge, and is a very accomplished keyboard player.”

“Staff were most helpful,nothing was too much trouble,even when I kept changing my mind and sent back two keyboards until I finally opted for the Korg Kronos 2. Bonners is one of the best dealers I have dealt with and I have been purchasing keyboards for many years. A fantastic range of musical instruments and accessories. Without doubt I will buy again from Bonners. First class!!!”
