“Lejuan was very helpful and patience with me explaining to me about the upgrade of Bonline. I can not express how helpful she was and understanding about my concerns with the upgrade as the they quoted up to 80mbps, as my current performance with Bonline online from the last upgrade only showed a small significant (in the low 20's) which I wasn't happy with. Lejuan was patience and cover all the areas, but didn't go ahead with the upgrade as I wasn't confident with Bonline, I have been a loyal Bonline customer for 9 years. I was very satisfied with Lejuan communication and help.”
