Fantastic communication and patient service from Shamezze, explaining to me step by step what I pay for, and what's going to work better for me. We negotiated a new contract and signed it again. I am staying with the company and recommend it.

Just renewed my contract with kamvelihle, the noise in the background was loud which I did mention, I had to ask him several times to repeat himself due to the background noise. I verbally agreed to continue but asked for a contract to be sent , only to find it had been signed on my behalf. So really no point in sending out a contract. To say I wasn’t happy with the whole situation is an understatement. Is the company good, yes . Do you get good service usually. Is the price competitive yes. But I felt it was a hard sale especially as he says he is a senior VoIP specialist. Hence why only 2 stars
