“i called in with an issue, which I seem to have every week now, theres always something not working or not doing as it should , but on this occaision Mo took time to understand what the issue was. we opened up any desk and he quickly sorted the problem both at youe end and ours, the whole call took up over 60 minutes but Mo was very helpfull and sorted other issues out so I would say he went above and beyond , hope I can get him to help next time which i know wont be long off”

“This maybe a duplicate entry, as I had difficulties sending the previous one. This is my previous input:"I contacted him to finish my association with bOnline because of the poor service I had. He turned everything round completely. I continued instead of severing the association. He did it without any effort and naturally. He is an asset to the organization.”
