“We made a book about the wedding of a dear friend who was to die a few weeks later. Bob Books pulled out all the stops and produced the book with a very fast turnaround. Our friend was able to see and share it with others before he died. The quality of the finished item was of a very high order. We have continued to use Bob Books ever since for a books and calendars. The photo paper versions are outstanding.”

Thank you for sending your feedback. I am so sorry you experienced problems uploading your images. To answer your question, if you used our Bob Designer Desktop software to create your book then you should not have experienced problems uploading your images as the images used need to be saved on your computer, you only connect to the internet when you upload and order your book. If you used the Online Book Creator, as you are working online you do require good internet connection, and if it is slow or cuts out you will experience problems uploading images, making changes and saving your book. If you used the Bob Books App, again the images are pulled from your device.
