Thank you for sending your feedback. I am so sorry you experienced problems uploading your images. To answer your question, if you used our Bob Designer Desktop software to create your book then you should not have experienced problems uploading your images as the images used need to be saved on your computer, you only connect to the internet when you upload and order your book. If you used the Online Book Creator, as you are working online you do require good internet connection, and if it is slow or cuts out you will experience problems uploading images, making changes and saving your book. If you used the Bob Books App, again the images are pulled from your device. If they are saved in a shared or online folder then you will need to have them directly on your device to access them in the App. I hope you found this helpful, please contact our customer care team on 0203 011 1644 or email askbob@bobbooks.co.uk if you experience these problems again and they will be happy to help.

“I have used Bob Books for several years to make calendars. The software has become easier to use, with good support information, offering a wide range of options and control. Delivery is always very speedy, the photographic results are excellent, and well produced on good card while prices are very competitive. “Another great experience with Bob Books. The design package is easy to use when you get used to it and provides plenty of layout options. The final print is of excellent quality and definitely makes the time and effort in designing the book, well worth while. You can get photo books done elsewhere for cheaper but the quality is not as good with less design options. I would highly recommend them.”
