“Have made around 30 books with Bob books. I really like the software as it's the easiest to use. With my latest book I did find some of the skintones a bit on the orange side, not sure if that could have been due to the photos being slightly under exposed or if it's a printing cast.”

“The service was very good, and the book was just as described and arrived on time. The software was a little clunky, taking a long time to load images, but worked well enough. Overall I would definitely use Bob Books again.”

“Ordered a medium sized landscape, lustre photographic hardback photo book. Used extremely high def photos that took hours to get uploaded to the website. These photos were taken by a professional photographer on our wedding day. Found the software to create the book good and delivery/packaging was fine. The book isn't as good quality as I had hoped which is a shame, definitely not super crisp, high-def photos. Probably wouldn't use Bob Books again.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I have checked with our customer care team and after looking at the data they received have confirmed that unfortunately some on the images were received quite grainy and appeared as lower resolutions files. It may also be that while your images were of print quality, the filter that you applied on your original image is what caused the grainy look. A photo will always look different when viewed on screen than in print for a variety of reasons including the fact that less pixels are needed to show a clear image on screen than in print and your screen is backlit. “Bob's Books was already well-reviewed, and I wasn't disappointed. The software installed easily on my laptop, and the process of making a book was very intuitive, with help all the way and decent editing tools for the photographs. The process of actually ordering the book was very easy, and the finished product was rapidly delivered and exceeded my expectations. I'll certainly be using the site again”

“I have always used an alternative supplier for my photobooks, but I was extremely pleased with the ease of use of the software package that I downloaded from Bobs Books and the quality of the end product. I will now use Bobs Books in the future.”

“I have now created eight photo albums with Bob Books and I am very pleased with the quality of them and the prompt turn round time. On two occasions I have had to contact them and on each occasion I have had very quick replies and my concerns were dealt with in very quick time too. Not only would I recommend them but I have done so on several occasions. Thank you Bob Books.”

“On the plus side, easy to use iPad app, quick service and good value for money. On the negative side, expected sharper quality of prints. Also the app is rather limited on layouts and other features which were available on PC software which I’d previously used.”

“I did a photo album for my wedding. The software to put it together was excellent. It did take me a while to understand how to fully use it, but the more I used it, the more I realised the full potential it could have, and the easier I found it to arrange and rearrange everything. When it came to ordering it, I raised an issue because the preview viewer was giving me a different (and worst) preview than the software was, but the team at Bob Book offered to checked how things looked at their end before going through with my order. So I found the staff helpful and courteous and I'm very happy with the final product I received. I have a few other projects that I am keen to use them for.”
