“All I can say is "Just excellent" I love the choice of papers, I process my own images and I'm pleased to say that the results are just what I would expect if I printed them myself. So; well done Bob Books. Not the cheapest photo book on the market but by far the best in my opinion and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality product.”

“I have always been very pleased with the books I have produced through Bobs Books. I particularly like the free downloadable software with which to produce the book - it is easy and intuitive to use with all the right tools to produce exactly the look you want. Ordering is also easy, clicking on the link in the software programme and off it all goes. The book that comes back is a proper, quality book - ISBN no. and everything! It's a great idea for presents (I produced a book for friends we went on holiday with), for the grandchildren (I have produced my own story books just for them) and our own special holidays. So much better to have a lovely book to look through which contains detailed information that you would so easily forget than have a stack of pictures on your PC that you hardly ever open. I am often asked how I produced such a great book and always recommend Bobs Books.”

“Highly recommended. The website is easy to navigate and the pricing structure is clear. The design software is simple to use and gives plenty of options to enable you to personalise your book. The quality of the finished product is excellent. I wouldn’nt Use anyone else.”

“A simple and satisfying process to capture and share memories. Easy to use software to help present pictures as effectively as possible, with multiple options for lay out and captions. Good quality paper and binding, and much less bulky to store and travel with than old fashioned albums. With added advantage of not fading or losing adhesiveness. Very satisfied with end result, which I’ve used for years and would highly recommend.”

“Had to make a wedding book very quickly. Software was great with many customisable options. Uploaded the book on Sunday and it was delivered on Thursday. An excellent professional product and the photographic paper made the images pop! Will be using again for sure...”

“I have just taken delivery of my 23rd Bob Book! That probably says all you need to know about Bob’s excellent production quality, first class service and great customer interaction (when necessary). Still have about six more albums in the pipeline, and I wont be using anyone else for any of them. One very happy customer!”

“Have made around 30 books with Bob books. I really like the software as it's the easiest to use. With my latest book I did find some of the skintones a bit on the orange side, not sure if that could have been due to the photos being slightly under exposed or if it's a printing cast.”

“The service was very good, and the book was just as described and arrived on time. The software was a little clunky, taking a long time to load images, but worked well enough. Overall I would definitely use Bob Books again.”

“Ordered a medium sized landscape, lustre photographic hardback photo book. Used extremely high def photos that took hours to get uploaded to the website. These photos were taken by a professional photographer on our wedding day. Found the software to create the book good and delivery/packaging was fine. The book isn't as good quality as I had hoped which is a shame, definitely not super crisp, high-def photos. Probably wouldn't use Bob Books again.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I have checked with our customer care team and after looking at the data they received have confirmed that unfortunately some on the images were received quite grainy and appeared as lower resolutions files. It may also be that while your images were of print quality, the filter that you applied on your original image is what caused the grainy look. A photo will always look different when viewed on screen than in print for a variety of reasons including the fact that less pixels are needed to show a clear image on screen than in print and your screen is backlit. “Bob's Books was already well-reviewed, and I wasn't disappointed. The software installed easily on my laptop, and the process of making a book was very intuitive, with help all the way and decent editing tools for the photographs. The process of actually ordering the book was very easy, and the finished product was rapidly delivered and exceeded my expectations. I'll certainly be using the site again”
