“Once again made a photo book which arrived promptly and is a good quality”

“Books were very good. But I specifically wanted the books to go to a different mailing address, which I filled in on the order form but they were still delivered to our address. So the books weren't a surprise.”

“I have had a great experience using Bob Books and use them regularly. Their photobook software is easy to use, has some great features and offers a lot of flexibility. The books are great quality and arrive promptly and I love the online publishing tool. If ever I've needed any help or guidance I have found the live chat service and the customer service team extremely helpful and responsive. I will continue to use Bob Books and highly recommend them.”

“Excellent, easy to use. I experienced a couple of small problems but my phone call to the helpline was answered quickly and my questions were fully addressed. Nothing is perfect so having good customer support is essential. I have no reservations about recommending Bob's Books.”

“The quality of the finished print is excellent and the software is very flexible and easy to control, once you have spent some time on it.The only thing I find frustrating about Bob Books is that you have to constantly look out for rewards to get a fair price.In fact that is the only reason I am completing this survey-to get a discount.It would be a whole lot simpler if the customer rewards scheme was more generous and simpler.”

“Books a ever great quality and value. I have just received two framed posters, previously I’ve had gallery mounts fantastic , foam boards dramatic, and underaged posters real value, the framed posters give a real touch of quality to a very economical option , brilliant”

“Excellent service! The whole process was amazing – being able to use InDesign to create the pdf and upload it directly worked so well. The customer service was quick to respond and so helpful. “Brilliant photo book. Creating the book was an easy process, the delivery was quick and the quality of the finished product is great. I opted for the more expensive paper option and absolutely recommend it. Only not rating 5 stars because sometimes it was slightly frustrating trying to line pictures up perfectly, but it’s a very small grumble.”
