“I've used Bob Books for years. Each year I do a Yearbook rather than keep endless pictures on the computer. This years book was so disappointing. The contrast control was poor and lots of the pictures were dark. I complained but Bob Books wanted the book returning so in the end we didn't bother. We like the no quibbles 'Amazon' approach. Bob Books got a lng way to go”

Hello Stephen, Apologies for your disappointment with the printing quality of your images for this years photo book. However we do ask for these books to be sent back so we can quality check the book ourselves and can see the finished product and what went wrong. This then allows us to advise on how we can re-print/re-produce the book for you so that you can get the result you want. Please do get back in contact with us if you wish to resolve this. “We like the Bob Books software which is easy to use and you just upload the whole book at the end as it’s done on your computer and not in the cloud. The latter necessitates uploading individual photos which can be tedious, as we have found in the past. As ever, the quality is superb and the book was returned very speedily.”

“I was very disappointed with the first books received. However l found the customers service excellent and this was correctly immediately and l was satisfied with the second copy. I never received a reply to my final email.”

“I am always excited when my new Bop's book is delivered. I spent a lot of hours creating the books about my holiday and relive the holiday as I am making the book. I find my photos come out with more colour than when I look at them on the computer. They are lovely momentoes of my holiday which my friends and family enjoy looking at. Many thanks Bob's Books.”

“Great photobooks! Easy to prepare via online tool. Only concern is when books get large (eg >80 pages) it gets a little clunky to edit, plus would be good to be able to add new pages in the middle of book so you don’t need to shuffle lots of images around”
