“I have recommended, and will continue to recommend Bob's Books to friends and family - but I was disappointed with the quality of my latest calendar, compared to the beautiful photo books I have ordered in the past. Possibly some of the photos had already had filters applied to them, but many of them have come out with very red faces - which is really disappointing, as I'd hoped to display it.”

“I had produced an A3 calendar on glossy photographic, because I thought it would help produce depth in the images. It did. Great! BUT this calendar hangs in the kitchen (as a reminder of holiday destinations....) above a radiator, and it just curled badly. So much so, that it was impossible to view because of reflections, etc. SO, I reproduced it in photographic lustre, which has been fine - doesn't have the depth of colour, but a least it stays flat in the same location. I did let Bob Books know about this - there was no way that I anticipated or expected the gloss calendar to curl. I got an acknowledgement but it's been an expensive calendar overall.”

“The lay-flat photo books are immaculately made and the wait for one to arrive after designing and ordering it is not long. The free downloadable design program from CEWE is up to date and, given a few obstructions and irriatations, allows me pretty much to create the books as I want them.”

“I decided to upgrade the software but didn't find it as easy to use. Information suddenly appears where I am working - every time in moved my cursor then different pieces of Information were shown and I got quite cross. I expect I shall get used to it in time. The quality is again excellent.”
