“The website is great and easy to use.. I needed the books in a hurry.. Faster than the stated time.. I kept ringing to chase and a chap called Richard kept me fully informed, emailed me and although he said he couldnt actually intervene owing to the process.. He showed a real interest in keeping me updated... The books did arrive earlier than stated.. And looked fab... I have used bob books for a long time now.. As you can see.... They make great gifts and are very professional... Good choice of sizes/ options/ price ranges and i love that i could buy presentation boxes for them.. Made them extra special... I will look at the online publishing option for futute suitable books too... I like the top quality gloss ones with lay flat binding. They look brill! Once, in the past, i had a double order sent to me in error.. I contacted BB...And was told it was their mistake and to just keep them... I was thrilled! Only good to say from me... One request wiuld be a bigger choice of fonts would be nice.. Like medeival, sewing, cowboy, circus types etc... Thanks Sara”

“Should have ordered glossy not matt as disappointed versus a previous order. Was unsure of the actual size when ordering--I seem to remember it was not clearly specified”

“Having been introduced to Bob Books about 6 years ago I have been delighted with each book I have put together. After all the long drawn-out effort of putting the book together, the excitement of waiting for the parcel to arrive is then matched by the quality of the production. The printing is excellent, the colours good and the book itself of lovely quality, all this doing justice to my humble photographs! I am also always impressed at the standard of packaging so have never received a damaged product. No hesitation in recommending Bob Books to anyone.”

“Easy to follow website - used on line tool, but I did find the online tool grindingly slow towards the end of my book. Could take 5 minutes or more to upload a new photograph.”
