“I have been using Bob's Books for years in fact I have over 35 books. If there is a problem they are quick to help. They are always package well and are receive very promptly. The Books are always a high standard and I would be lost without them.”

“The software is extremely easy to use and if there is a problem then there is backup staff at the end of a phone or email to assist you. I had a problem with the opening page which Bob Books corrected with no cost to me. The final product is extremely good and it shows you all your pictures in the best light. I am busy working on my next book and will eagerly await the post for the finished article.”

“We used the design service and overall it was good though some designers were definitely better than others. The first version wasn't too far off being right, but every time someone edited it they ended up changing the order of things or not making corrections I'd sued for so it ended up taking a really long time. It was a book where the order was crucial as it was a big tcp taking in lots of countries so we didn't want pictures of Santiago in the belize section. I'd have to say the design service worked less well than first book I had from you, although in airiness it was a more complicated job. Photo quality was better on this book though”

“We have used Bob Books for over 7 years. The quality of the books is first class. The Windows program (app) is very good with lots of useful features. The only down side is that some photos in the books we have recently had done are very dark even though they look normal on the screen. If there is a way to stop this it would up my opinion to very good. David owi666@hotmail.com”

“Heya! The books are excellent, even when i pick the classic version, the quality is still really good, ive been giving the books as birthday presents, and they prove popular and highly appreciated . My one suggestion if possible that is, that one is able to write text /caption for the pictures.. That would be just perfect.. Thank you, God bless!”

“Support from the staff is fantastic, cannot fault them. The quality of the books is great, love the lustre photographic paper. Excellent value. Just a few minor areas that would improve the products... The design system is fine but I feel the interface could be improved. The fact you can't remove the 'bar code' at the bottom of the reverse cover really bugs me. Overall, good but not quite outstanding. Will be continuing to order from Bobs.”

“My husband did a wedding album/book one rainy afternoon. It took him a couple of hours, but he was taking his time choosing the pics. I completely forgot about it and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived, so quickly and professionally. It looked so much better than I expected, comparing it to other brand books I have seen. Sleek and professional. I would thoroughly recommend. Really good value for money.”

“I have used Bobs Books to create photo memories of important events in my life for a number of years. The programme has become easier to use and with more options to personalise photo albums and create something truly personal. The production service is first rate, with books being produced and delivered in under a week from order. I will certainly continue to use Bobs Books in the future.”
