“I produced a family tree album, reworking and repairing numerous old black and white photos. I printed it on good stock and chose a nice square album. I was a little apprehensive as to how the photos would turn out. There was no need to worry; the photos were crisp and sharp, and set off nicely on the plain black background I used throughout the book. It was an excellent printing and production job, and well worth the time and effort I devoted to the project.”

“Nice cards, but not quite the print quality I was expecting. The colours of the photo on the front looked very heavy as if the photo has the contrast ramped up, which it didn't.”

I have taken a look at your files and it looks like you placed your order through the Bob Designer software and the Automatic Image Optimisation was on. This would account for the colour change you experienced. Our customer care team will be happy to look into this further and resolve this issue for you. “Receive the books quickly and well packed once uploaded. Easy software to use, have now done close to 20 Bobbooks altogether and have more in the pipeline. Have recommended Bobbooks to several friends who are photographers and, like many of us, take the photos which then remain on the computer and never then see the light of day!”
