“I am very pleased with my most recent photobook from Bob Books (a memento of a recent trip to New Zealand). The service that Bob Books provides is excellent; their software is very easy to use, their responses to customer enquiries are very helpful and their production is prompt and efficient. The fact that I have been using Bob Books for seven years now is proof of the quality of their books and service.”

“I have used Bob Books many times over the years. I am always very pleased with the results. This time there was a problem with one page which had not quite printed as I had hoped. Their customer service was fantastic, reprinted the book for me very quickly at no extra charge and the second one was perfect. Great product and excellent service.”

“The downloaded software (for Apple Mac) is very simple to use and very flexible. Choice of sizes, paper, finish is good and the quality of print excellent. The hard back open-flat version permits superb presentation. Prompt service (delivery in 7 days) very efficient. This is the second photo album I have made using Bob books and I now plan several more.”

“the ease with which recent experiences can be translated into a tangible, durable, hard copy which can then be disseminated around all the interested parties-as gifts, xmas presents and celebrations of good days spent together; and as a way in which I can pay back and show my appreciation to all of those with whom I spend time. Bob's books have allowed what was in danger of becoming an ephemeral medium- the digital image-to establish a more lasting and visible place in the life of family and friends. My Bob's books have brought my family closer, which gives particular pleasure to the invisible photographer, myself.”
