“My book had text as well as photos and when I received it, there was a problem with the font. As it was going to be a Christmas present I was disappointed. I contacted them and the response was immediate and positive. I wish all organisations had such good customer service.”

“Have had a number of Bobs Books all have been excellent. It would be good to improve the size of the pages when reviewing and adding printed captions and to make the writing of the books title on the spline of the book both easier and a better size elative to the books thickness.”

“These Books provide a wonderful memory of an occasion; a holiday, a "company do" or a family party. They can be left on the coffee table for everyone to pick up and view or they can be put with other books on the bookcase. It is very easy to upload the photos and arrange them as you like - formally or ad hoc. By adding your own words they become more personal. The quality of the paper and print is truly superb.”

“I like the layout of the template and the various formats it offers, especially resizing tool. The quality of the pages when you receive your book are made to a very high standard and my clients have never complained. Just one thing I would like is for you to be able to print cutouts like ovals on the front cover.”
