“I have used Bob Books for many years and for almost 20 hard back books, about 8 calendars and a similar number of paperback books. The quality is consistently very good. The software is easy to use. When I had a problem opening the software on my computer the Bob Books support team were incredibly helpful and sorted me out very quickly. I have recommended Bob Books to friends.”

“Ordered books in both Gloss and LustreThe finished product of both was absolutely superb and far higher than I expected based on my experience with other suppliers. The gloss finish definitely has the edge and the quality of finish / paper utilised is outstanding. I will 100% use Bobs Books in the future.”

“The only problem is some photos came out too yellow, they don’t look this way on the screen and it’s not clear how can I know and fix it in advance. Otherwise, great quality of the photo book as usual!”

“I have made 15 Bob Books in square format, plus a couple of Wedding books and several calendars. That has to be good? I generally keep to the square format for myself because I find a unified style convenient for what I do. The software is easy to use and can be very flexible once you are used to it. Quality and postage....not had any problems. That Is why I keep using Bob. Oh...and it makes a very satisfying project too!”

“I have been using Bob Books for three years now and am very satisfied with the product. The colour rendition is very good, the paper is of a good quality and weight and, once familiar with it, the programme is easy to use. I would like it if some guidelines could be put in to avoid putting pictures too near the crease, and I would like a greater range of neutral backgrounds.”

“Bobs Books Customer Service is fantastic. Just after ordering a book in the size 21 x 21 cm I wanted to change the size into 30 x 30 cm. Customer Service respondend very quickly and cancelled my first order (even on a weekend day). I had to make a new order but that was no problem. Great!!”

“I have used Bobs Books to record holidays and to make presents to record a wedding, 21st Birthday, and the life of a beloved pet. The product is very versatile and I find I can create the perfect book for every occasion. It is so much nicer to have a personalised book rather than having to look at a computer screen.”
