“The quality of the photographs reproduced in the calendar exceeded my expectations. They were printed on stiff card, superior to many commercially available calendars. I would have liked the days of the week to have been displayed as well as the dates.”

“This is the second time we have used Bob Books and the experience has been great. We have ordered the largest lay flat books and the quality of print is superb, even for some of our more dubious photographs where they weren't the best quality to begin with. The software is easy to use and rarely needed to be restarted. The payment process was simple and the delivery was on time within the timescales. The products are so tactile especially in large format and my wife simply cannot put the down. We look at our favourite images much more frequently in these books than in digital format, simply fantastic! Well done to all at Bob Books and thank you once again.”

“The quality of the book was outstanding and sent to me very quickly. The programme does take quite a bit of space on am old computer and I had difficulty paying, which was of my naivity. Next time I will remember that everything is saved so not to worry if I have to try again.”

“Thanks for reminding me. You said that you'd give me a refund if my order didn't arrive by Xmas. I sent in a framed poster well before Xmas for a present. You sent me someone else's which I immediately returned with a request for the right one. There was still time for you to get the right one to me on time, but nothing happened until I gave you a reminder. And then it was too late. And now you have the gall to send me this automatic questionnaire - a complete lack of personal care wouldn't you say?”

Dear Toby, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. I am very sorry for the problems you experienced with your order. Unfortunately, by the time we had become aware of the mistake, the last Christmas order date for that product had passed and we were unable to get the item produced and shipped from Prague in time for pre-Christmas delivery. “In a digital world where we take hundreds more photos than we ever did before, it seems such a pity not to print at least some of those photos to cherish forever. I am in the 3rd year of making photo albums for each year that my children grow, to collect and look back on in the future. The quality of the books is stunning and the whole family look forward to each new album to remind themselves of our special moments of the past year.”
