“We found the experience of designing our Wedding Album very easy using the design software and the customer service when we had queries was very supporting and provided the guidance we required. We are definately customers who will be using this service again.”

“Brilliant! Very late in the day I decided to put together a photo book for my Mother as a Christmas present. My photos were taken on her very old camera and my old iPhone, neither of which is very good quality. Once I'd worked out how to download the programmes and transfer the photos to the correct place, it was very easy to slot the photos into place and move them around as required. Bob Books made the photos look much better quality than they actually were, they did it very quickly and I had the book well in time for Christmas. It arrived beautifully presented and was a fabulous gift to be able to give. My Mother loves it and I am very impressed with the quality and the speed of service. Thank you!”

“The quality of the finished product is outstanding and really looks professional. The uploading of photos and formatting the book are straightforward, though I would like a facility to insert/delete blank pages instead of having to manually move all the pages of photos forward or backwards.”

“I ordered a softback book by accident (note please Bob Books, it's hard to navigate the options with all the different cover sizes and book sizes, especially in the scrolling page when you're trying to change the kind of book. Please try to make this easier!) and was disappointed when it arrived because it had been badly trimmed. I'm not sure if this was a pre-christmas rush thing. I've always ordered hardback books before and I've always been pleased, so this was a double disappointment. Have since re-ordered in hardback.”

“I had photos enlarged and framed and we were very happy with the quality of the print and the framing. They arrived (even in the busy Christmas period) in the indicated time frame. the packaging of the pictures was as well really good and the pictures are now decorating a wall in Belgium!”

“The photo book was badly printed, with most photos looking nothing like the ones that I had uploaded. They had printed dark, with detail lost. Really poor printing and complete lack of quality checks to allow it come out as it did, bearing no resemblance to photos as showing on screen on the upload. I am now being refunded, but the experience with Bobs Books was very poor.”

“I wanted to do a photo book for my husband’s Christmas present as a memory book as he was in later stages of Alzheimers. Time was tight as I’d left it late. Other similar products had reviews of them being hard to use.. i plumbed for Bobs Books, downloaded the free software and put the book together surprisingly easily. I soon got to grips with the software, found it easy and pleasant to use, extremely versatile and, a couple of times when I got stuck, the live chat facility representative was really helpful and my query immediately resolved. Sadly my husband died a few days after Christmas, but the pleasure he got from looking at the book again and again over this few days was immeasurable. Everything was just fantastic, book completed and received with a short turnaround. Great value and about to order another 8 copies! Highly recommended.”

“Having previously ordered many photobooks with a 'competitor' I decided to try Bob Books this time, and can simply say that you get what you pay for. It was slightly more expensive, but the quality is second to none, it is now a coffee table book on display. I will use them again and highly recommend. I used the iPad app for upload and editing, which is extremely user friendly and quick. My Mother in law, who is not extremely computer literate, has made many Bob Books, all of which are fantastic. These books will hold memories for years and still look great. Thank you Bob Books.”

“I'm not exactly a techie genius, and I managed to create a lovely photo book without screaming or throwing anything at anyone! It's easier every time and I'm in the middle of another one now. The end result looks very professional.”

“I was trying out the glossy Bob Books cards - while the interface is a bit fiddly and not totally intuitive, I got there in the end and was very impressed with the product. One little negative, not all the cards were folded exactly precisely along the centre.”
