“Thanks for reminding me. You said that you'd give me a refund if my order didn't arrive by Xmas. I sent in a framed poster well before Xmas for a present. You sent me someone else's which I immediately returned with a request for the right one. There was still time for you to get the right one to me on time, but nothing happened until I gave you a reminder. And then it was too late. And now you have the gall to send me this automatic questionnaire - a complete lack of personal care wouldn't you say?”

Dear Toby, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. I am very sorry for the problems you experienced with your order. Unfortunately, by the time we had become aware of the mistake, the last Christmas order date for that product had passed and we were unable to get the item produced and shipped from Prague in time for pre-Christmas delivery. I do hope you liked the product in the end. I believe it arrived the next working day after Christmas. Kind regards, Bob Books

“In a digital world where we take hundreds more photos than we ever did before, it seems such a pity not to print at least some of those photos to cherish forever. I am in the 3rd year of making photo albums for each year that my children grow, to collect and look back on in the future. The quality of the books is stunning and the whole family look forward to each new album to remind themselves of our special moments of the past year.”

“I had to download the software 5 times in order to complete the book. Your technical support were very helpful but it took a long time to resolve and I ended up having to rush the design in order to get the delivery for Christmas. Each time I downloaded the software I was able to work on the book but once I closed it, the desktop stopped working and I had to re - download it saving it with a different suffix - as advised by Jim Henderson in Customer Care. It was a very frustrating process. At the end I would have liked to change to a hard cover, but discovered I would have to reduce the number of pages which would have meant a redesign and because of the issues I had I did not have time to do this. So it was a very frustrating process.”

Hi Janet, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am so sorry to hear about the problems you've had with the software. It sounds incredibly frustrating. Its not something that I've heard about from other customers before, so I can't say why you were having this issue. Also, our hardcover books generally allow for more pages than our paperback books, so I am not sure why you would have had to reduce the number of pages in your book to change the cover type. If you would like to discuss this, or perhaps order the book again, but with a hardback cover, please do get in touch with us and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.
