“Using Bobs Books was really simple once I'd uploaded the software to my computer. I've done several books since and find the process easy to follow. The quality of the printing is excellent and the service and communication from Bobs Books good. The prices are higher than you pay with other similar providers but I think that this reflects the final quality print and service you receive.”

“Having been a "customer" for some years now, ( 8 books ), every time I submit a new book I notice new piecies of software have been added. Any questions are answered immediately on the telephone, and using their software is easy, flexible, and exciting. Roll on my next book, what added / improvements are on the way? Thanks Bob ( who ever you are ) and the team! Barry Sims”

“This was the first time I had used Bob Books photobook. The choice of books was good. I found choosing the paper type difficult, not knowing how the good the result would be. The ready prepared page formats were restrictive and I got on much better when I decided to use the unformatted page. After this experience I would probably find it easier a second time - if there is one! I found the whole process very time consuming (partly because my original images were large .psd and .TIFF files.) I found adding text to be the most annoying aspect - I could not get the formatting I wanted. The final quality was good but not as good as I hoped.”

“The photo books I ordered are excellent quality and a really beautiful Christmas gift. I was delighted! The delivery failed to arrive the first time round, but after a bit of a hiccup I received really excellent service from the help team. I would certainly recommend Bob's books to others.”

“Great and easy to use website. My only issue was that I uploaded my images and saved my project, thinking I could come back to it. But for some reason it didn't save my images so I had to find them again and upload them again. Not sure if there was just a malfunction when it saved.... Super quick turnaround time though and pretty decent quality.”

“I have used other sites to print photo Albums but I was attracted to Bob books by online reviews and the quality of the downloadable 'Bob Books designer'. This a a great little app which provides lots of templates which give the user the ability to be creative. The uploading process went without a hitch and I was able to track the delivery status. The album was very well packed and arrived in good condition. The quality of the printing was good though I could detect a slight blue hue. It wasn't too bad so I decided not to return and to date no other member of the family has commented but I still think the pictures could be warmer.”

“Really pleased with the end product. But it took 3 attempts to get it right, so cannot recommend the software or ease of use. Once this was resolved (customer services not the easiest to get hold of - only email and replies can take days) it was straightforward enough. Delivery expensive - but did come at the stated time. Advice: A quality product but you pay for it - allow plenty of time as designing the book is not a quick or straightforward proceedure.”

“Not the most instinctive software, but I have seen worse. I would prefer a guided workflow approach. Very good range of formats, Very quick and efficient turn-round of my order. Excellent finished product.”

“The choice of sizes and formats is more than adequate and I found the BobBooks software easy to use. The menus for the layout of each page gave plenty of options so it was pretty easy to get the desired result. Text was easy to add and I found checking the text added to be easier than with some other photobook providers. Speed of delivery would have been very impressive except that the courier company did not let me know that they had tried unsuccessfully to deliver my order. When I asked Bob Books how my order was getting on only then did they tell me that delivery had been attempted. I asked them to use Royal Mail instead and delivery was successful. So I will ask for Royal Mail delivery in future. The main thing is that the books were extremely well packaged and were very well made.”

“It is great to be able to make up the photobooks on my own computer. The books are pretty expensive to buy. I dont think I have explored their full potential yet, but it is very enjoyable to make the photobooks.”

“This is the second time I used Bob Books and I am really pleased with the books. I wish I could add captions (iOS) like I did on the desktop programme and next time I wouldnt place a picture in the middle of two pages as the binding "swallows" the image (normally a figure or a face). Overall this is the good app and the next time Ill use the desktop version, which takes longer but i have more options.”
