“Bob books produce consistently good quality coffee table books in an efficient time frame. I have used them for engagement & signing books, and for my personal photo albums for 5 years & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“The quality of the Lustre Photographic hardback book is outstanding. Beautiful print quality and thick stock that exudes quality. I also like the fact that the cover is printed as well (front and back) rather than just having a printed dust jacket like some other services. The Bob Books software is excellent for novices like me and relatively easy to use. I had some minor issues but nothing that I was not able to resolve by looking at the online help pages. All in all a fantastic experience which has motivated me to order again.”

“Nice product. Just lacking the human touch sometimes. Fully automated systems are no substitute for someone keeping an eye out for potential print issues and flagging up any points before printing. I never feel confident enough to have books sent out directly to clients as I need to check each book first just incase. Printing and build fantastic though, still my house album book of choice. Keeps improving too, which is great to see. Thanks!”

“This was my first photo book with Bob Books and I had two copies printed -one for us & one for friends we travelled with to Swedish Lapland; they were absolutely delighted.Quality was excellent and my next book will also be printed by Bob - that says it all I think.”

“Shocking customer service and poor quality control - I won't be using them again (after having used BobBooks for a few years and recommended them to lots of people). I ordered a photobook that had 2 significant faults that weren't on the original photos (one of which on the back cover they said was due to a poor quality original, despite the fact it appeared OK elsewhere inthe book). I contacted them and said that the book was needed for a leaving present last thursday. They promised an urgent priority replacement - I'm still waiting and it's too late now as the recipient has moved away. Apparently after contacting them today, they would never have been able to send out the replacement in time, but chose not to mention that! Had they done so I would have returned the book, requested a refund and bought something else. They are generally much more expensive than similar products - I was happy to pay a premium in the past, but this experience has shown that the quality and customer service doesn't justify the extra cost.”

Hello Dawn, I am writing from the Bob Books head office. Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback, I am so sorry you were not satisfied with your photobook. I have been reviewing your correspondence with our Customer Service team and it looks like you were not happy with the image quality of some of your images, due to production errors and low resolution imagery used. You were offered a refund or re-print of your book but it seems it was to made clear to you that the turn-around time for re-prints is the same as that for the original book produced, meaning you would not receive it in time to replace the gift. I am so sorry that this was not made expressly clear to you so you could be better informed on which option to choose. We also offered to send your reprint to your friend, but as she is travelling this was not an option. We have now refunded this order and I am glad we are able to resolve this to your satisfaction. “Everyone who looks at my Galapagos Trip published by Bob Books is astounded by the quality of the photo reproduction and the overall quality of the presentation. I personally found the whole process of creating a book through their website, software and telephone support both easy and enjoyable. And delivering a book to my family in Australia for the same price as in the UK was a bonus. I would highly recommend Bob Books to anyone, anywhere who is thinking of online publishing.”

“Bob books is the best photo book company I have used and I have tried a good number. The flexibility of, and control over, the layout is the major reason I return to them again and again. The quality of the software is good and regularly improved and the quality of the final product is generally excellent. On the odd occasion I have had a problem with any aspect of the final production the team has helped me to sort these out to my satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend every aspect of the service.”

“The book arrived well within the timeframe quoted and in a very well-protected package. The quality was faultless - from the paper, to the printing, to the binding, to the cover. I particularly liked the fact that the pages fold flat, which made it easier for a few people to view it together, and would recommend paying a little extra for that feature.”

“I've been using Bob Books for both business and personal projects for years now and have always been happy with the quality and price of their products. On the very rare occasions where something hasn't been 100% they've been quick to respond and rectify the issue. I particularly like the loyalty points system as every now and again it feels like I get something for free!”

“I have used Bob Books for years and love the quality of the books. I am based in Australia and with so many other providers to choose from one may think that I would choose someone Aussie based.... No - Bob Books provide by far superior quality. My only request for future development would be to save books on the cloud.”
