“The softwear is fairly easy to use and the results are great; a lovely book much admired by friends.”

“If the books arrive in tact they are very nice, however had issues with 3 out of 4 copies. Received a refund for 1 which had two pages stuck together on arrival. The other two books that had issues: one had a cover with a bent corner and one had a few pages that were bent in the top corner. These could have been avoided with proper postage packaging. Had no problem with getting a refund for the first after providing a photo of the damage and decided to live with the small issues in the other two problematic books given I couldn't wait another 2 weeks for replacement copies. Delivery could be faster. I will continue to use the service given that when the books are created and packaged properly they do turn out nicely.”

“I've now produced x3 books with Bob Books and wouldn't even consider trying any of the other photobook companies. The software gets better and better and is very versatile and easy to use. Whenever I've been unsure of how to do something, I've contacted the support team and have never been disillusioned with their service. All the staff there are polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. I've always received calls backs when promised and prompt replies to emails. The quality of the books is lovely and the turnaround time is quick. I plan to produce another book within the next 12 months so I'll be back again!”

“Hi, i had seen the results of a similar company but shopped around for reviews before choosing Bob's books. I have not been disappointed. My project was to create a book of photo momentos for a loved lady in our community who sadly had to leave home to be looked after as her dementia had worsened to the point where she was no longer safe at home and was getting distressed. She loved her home and the community and missed it greatly. The book has served as a meaningful present, as an aid memoir and as a tool to occupy her time. The quality of the print and book overall was just fab! She has something to treasure.”

“Excellent service very pleased with the album. Very easy to follow instructions. My daughter had used you for her wedding photos etc so knew the quality and they were perfect. The album was for our friends for there Ruby anniversary and they were very impressed and loved it.”

“I have recently received my ninth Bob Book and am extremely satisfied as always. It is easy to create a professional effect with many options for placement and position of images together with a huge choice of backgrounds and frames. The paper quality is very good, making the books perfect for the coffee table. The book was delivered within a week.”

“The finished product was very good. I know this sounds impatient, but I would have liked to have had a bit more information about when the book was going to arrive. Perhaps you could include details about what stage of production the book is at, etc. Otherwise, it's very good.”

“As I use InDesign having the option to use InDesign templates was very useful. The paper choices are good and uploading very easy too, plus the speed on receiving my book was well ahead of the 10 - 12 working days quoted. Might be an idea to have options on the finish for the actual hardback covers? Thank you for a great service!”

“Book designer software is excellent, easy to use and allows you full control of book creation. Quality of printed books and paper is top end. Quick delivery to mainland Europe. I've recommended Bob Books to other family members who are using it now.”

“This would have been very good. I like the product and the APP made it easy to put together. The only disappointment was the delivery options. I got the book as a gift for a friend who was going travelling. I went through the process in the hope it would give me an express delivery (albeit at an extra cost, but I expected this as most companies now have this option). However I was disappointed to find there was no option available. I rang your customer services who said they would try and get it out to me sooner, but couldn't guarentee. I offered to pay a furthe fee but they said they couldn't help. Needless to say it didn't come back quicjk enough and I've had to post the book onto my friend, but this has proved difficult as they aren't in one place for long. Such a shame there is no express delievery option. Cheers”
