“In a little over 6 months I've done 4 Bobs Books and am now on a 5th with a 6th planned as a 70th birthday gift for a friend. I am particularly impressed with the 'chat now' - the online advice (or leave message if you are working on your Book in the 'wee small hours'!). Extremely helpful and knowledgable answers instantaneously. I am so glad I was told about Bobs Books so I could put the best of 100s of digital photos into albums at a reasonable cost.”

“I have used Bob Books twice now and on both occasions felt the standard of the product was superb! The service when querying or amending has been excellent and the delivery time was better than aboriginal yes on both occasions! A very happy customer!”

“We have been very satisfied with both the quality (and choice) of the books and the efficiency of service in getting them to us in time. However, when we needed help with details of how to access and/or make up the book, we found the person on the online chat section to be very unhelpful and just kept telling us to look at the website for instructions, which we had done but couldn't find what we needed. They didn't really seem interested or knowledgeable enough to be of help and so we spent a long time finding out how to resolve our query ourselves (quite straightforward when you know what to do). Very frustrating when ithe process takes quite a long time anyway and especially when under time pressure to get the order in. Our only negative comment on making up the books is a small detail, which is that we couldn't work out how to see what out title would look like on the binding of the book, so gave up with this.”

“Bob's books software is easy to use and provides thousands of opportunities to individualise your book. The lustre photo paper is of a high quality. The books are very professionally printed. I have been delighted with the results. Occasionally I would like a little more choice of clipart. Several of my friends have been so impressed that they are using your company aswell.”

“I was looking forward to receiving my first photo book from Bobs Books, however, when it arrived, there had been a printing error, and the front page was missing. They reprinted it for me (at no charge as it was their error), but this delayed receipt, and it was meant as a gift for a special occasion. Disappointing.”

“I have had many photo books made with bob books over the last 5 or so years and have always been extremely happy with them! I have had lots of nice comments about my books from family and friends and I will continue to use bob books to make photo books.”

“I have produced a year in the life of my granddaughter book for the first five years of her life. They are coveted by my son and daughter-in-law as they showcase all the best photos taken by all the family. The books are beautifully produced and being "lie flat" makes them way better than the competition. I particularly like the design process where some photos get rejected because of resolution issues. So much better than being disappointed by their poor reproduction after the book has been produced. I won't consider using anyone else!”

“I find the whole process of making photobooks with Bob Books really enjoyable. I have made 6 books to date and find the software easy to use. There has only been one small printing error and that book was replaced free of charge (very impressive considering I live in New Zealand!) “I love Bob's books and have been using them for the last eight years. They make perfect gifts or journals and the quality is excellent. I give one each year to my grandchildren as a birthday present with photos collected over the year. The set up is easy to use,the results fabulous and the turn around quick. The children love reading them and showing them to friends and family. Overall highly recommended.”
