“Overall I have been pleased, However the last photo book I created I have just noticed that the front cover image does not quite go the the right hand edge of the cover. There is a white band of about 1/8th inch. This may have been my fault but I would have thought that your quality control would have picked this up and rectified the mistake?”

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear you've had an issue on your book cover. I've had a look and can see that the book was printed as per how we received the files. If you take a look at your book preview in the bookshop, you can see the white line is also there on the front cover. All print files arrive to us in a read only PDF, so we cannot make any changes to the design. Our quality control checks for errors in printing. Unfortunately, we are unable to make an adjustments for things such as spelling mistakes or adjust designs. If you would like to give our customer care team a ring on 0203 011 1644 we'd be happy to talk you through how to make sure you don't see the white lines on your cover in the future. “Software free and relatively easy to use although i had to play around a bit first to see how all the options work The print quality is very good and the hard back cover photos excellent. The presentation box is really professional and you could leave on a coffee table anytime Delivery was quicker than quoted and there was an email alert too which helped”

“The first copy I made, when I reviewed it I realised I had printed the same photo twice but the nice team allowed me to completel start again and do a new one. Very good customer relations.”

“I love the ease of adding photos to the book and the flexible layouts. The quality is excellent and the warnings when the image doesn't fill the box or would be too blurred is a really useful too.”

“I liked the experience of using the offline program as it helped me to do a book quickly and easily. However, when the book arrived, I didn’t find the quality of print as good as I expected - some photos looked darker and with a worse resolution than they looked on a laptop. I wonder whether Bob books program decreases size and resolution... I may try to do one more book to see the result but will also be trying another company to compare the quality of prints.”

“The options on creativity were great and like the silver highlights as my book was for a silver anniversary. Would be great yo have a spell checker tool but otherwise quite simple to use once downloaded”
