“Good quality hard cover photo book with plenty of templates to add your photos to which can be resized if needed. Only problem which was my fault really is that I scanned a number of old photos onto my pc to use in the photo book but I used the wrong size template for the resolution of the photo. Navigation around the photo app was no problem.”

“I created four books at the same time from holidays over the last few years using just the web browser editor. I found the default templates sufficient for my requirements and did not do much customisation - too keep a consistent look across the books. The most important part is the output and the quality is simply outstanding. It helps that the images were all relatively hi-res from a good DSLR, but even so, the pictures practically jump off the page. The only issue I had was I had to re-upload unused images between editing sessions which was a pain. Overall, great product and will use again.”

“I was really pleased with the photobook I made with Bob Books. I'm not very experienced in using this type of package but found I could try out new things as I went along. I know there are videos to help but I don't like too much information before I start. So I just went for it trying new things. This meant I discovered techniques that I needed to go back to re-edit my book eg zooming in on a photograph. It may have taken a bit longer to do it this way but it was worth it!”

“I have made about 30 Bob Books - the quality is second to none. I particularly like being able to input my photos with total freedom about size and layout etc. There are only two things that stop me giving a 5 star review. The first is that when inputting photos they sometimes are imported in the original photo ratio (which is what I want) and sometimes in a standard photo size. If I get the latter I re-import the photo until I get it in the original photo ratio. The second issue is the cost - I always wait until a special offer is on as otherwise they're too expensive for me - but the quality is almost worth it.”

“I love the product . The making of it is sometimes frustrating , this time was a difficulty uploading which your helpline managed to overcome by going into my computer , uninstalling and then reinstalling the programme then I couldn't send it to you due to a block which required modifying my firewall protection . Once again your helpline team was very helpful. The delay meant that I missed an offer but I am told that I will be refunded the loss.”

“Have made several photo books. I like the portrait books - they fit nicely together in my bookcase. They are good quality. I like the fact that I can start a book and keep going back to it. There are so many different layouts to choose from. Easy access to my photographs and documents. Easy to caption. I really like being able to move pages about. Sometimes I find that I want to insert photographs inan earlier section than I have reached in my compilation”

“I have used other photobook providers in the past but found them rather complicated, by contrast Bob Books was easy to use and the final product arrived quickly and was of a very high standard. The price does go up quickly when you add on pages though. I have had better discount offers from other providers that I have used in the past”

“I've ordered several of these books as the image quality is excellent. However, they start to look quite worn after 10+ flick-throughs. Also, the last book I ordered cropped about 4mm from the bottom of some of the pages, causing me to lose text.”
