“I have had a number of photo books and after some initial teething problems about 5 years ago have been delighted with the results. However, one small matter, on the order form could there be a definite place where you can request for your Bob Book rewards to be awarded as I had a very complicated route for claiming my first reward of £10 and am still not sure if it was successful as I was billed for the full amount. I was pleased with the immediate e'mail response once I had tracked down the correct e'mail number!”

“I have used Bob Books now for many years when the programme was nowhere near as good as it is today. Then, I was always having to ask for help as the programme kept going wrong. The staff then were fantastic always very patient in putting me right . Now the programme is so much more sophisticated and the product is excellent and I have only very rarely had to ask for help. I have recommended BB s to many of my friends and I shall continue to use it in the future. SHG”

“I I find the overall product quality of Bob Books to be excellent. I have had problems with print quality in one instance. This was resolved to my satisfaction, although to do so was more time consuming than I would have expected.”

“Bob books is a very easy to use software for edition of photography books. The final quality is also very good. The only improvement point is the tracking of the package from the moment is dispatch. No tracking number of the postal firm is provided.”

“I've used Bob books for six books now, typically for putting in photos from our holidays over the last few years. My wife and I had previously tried another website and been slightly disappointed with the finished product, where some of the photos turned out darker or murkier than had appeared on screen. We've had no such problems with Bob books, hence why we've gone back to them. The software provided for compiling the photobooks isn't amazing, seems to be basically the same as all the others from similar websites. Its good that you can do all the editing and stuff off-line, and then upload and purchase the book in one go at the end. Both the book designer and the photo editor seem a bit clunky at times, but as a complete amateur it does the job better than what I already had. Delivery has always been timely and reliable, with the books suitably packaged for protection. The publishing feature is handy if there's a chance you'll want to re-order the book more than once, or more likely allow someone else to buy it direclty - I am just about to make a photo book for all of our wedding photos that didn't make it into the professional photographer's album, so that might be useful for letting our parents get their own copy.”

“Good selection of templates, easy to follow programme. Very happy with the landscape hardback copy I chose, it arrived promptly, cellophane wrapped with well protected corners so no worries about damage in transit. I was asked to take photographs at a family wedding and the book was to be a surprise present as opposed to just giving digital copies. Whilst fairly basic for my first endeavour everyone seems happy with the results and I'm looking at doing another more adventurous book with my travel photographs. Well worth the money.”

“I purchased 2 photo books for my son and daughter as surprise Christmas gifts. I found it very easy to prepare the book in my own time on the computer and then amazed with the finished product arriving within the next couple of days of ordering them. The actual photo books were even better than they looked online and I found the service very efficient and non problematic. My family were really thrilled and impressed to receive them. I would be happy to purchase another book in the near future and use Bob Books again. Thank you so much!”

“Fantastic way to show our wedding photos in an up to date book. Software package was easy to use and had good page options pages, occasionally a few layouts were not available. Good on hand support to answer queries too.”

“Generally very impressed with the quality and service from Bobbooks. Only downside is the cost which prevents several people I know from using your company. I have seen the products from other(cheaper) companies and would agree that Bobbooks do seem to offer a superior product so I am happy to pay the extra. I am especially impressed with the flexibility of layout and the way double pages lay flat at the spine. One minor gripe concerns the ordering process which defaults to one particular payment method that I do not use. This has happened a couple of times resulting in me having to cancel and start again. Suggest you make it impossible to proceed until a payment method has been chosen. Also I'm not overly impressed with DPD. As I'm usually out when they attempt delivery, I Have to phone them (website doesn't work) at premium rate to make an appointment for collection otherwise they send it back after 2 days!! The cynic in me sees this as a deliberate money making scheme. Sugsest you use good old Royal Mail so that I can pick it up at my leisure without having to make an appointment. But. overall, very happy with Bobbooks.”

“I have been impressed by the flexibility and ease of use of the Bobs Book software. The choice of backgrounds is especially attractive. I have already created several photo books both as yearly 'diaries' and as special family event records. The interval between submitting an order and receipt of the finished product has always been less than the forecast and the finished product has always been very well packaged. An additional feature that could be useful would be the ability to select automatic page numbering”

“I was thrilled with the quality of my photo book. The software was quite easy to get used to after a while but it felt quite out-dated. My hard back lustre photographic book was fantastic quality, arrived in good time, and has been complemented time and time again. I can't wait to make my next one when I have some more travelling photos!”

“I have been very impressed with the bob books. The application is good, I find the process quick and easy. When I made the first one I had a couple of queries and the people on the phone were extremely helpful and cheery. The quality of the products received have always been to a high standard. “Very happy with the item that i ordered however i think you should send items by recorded delivery, or at least have the option for customers to opt for recorded delivery. My item was a birthday present and was ordered just over 3 weeks in advance of when i needed it and it never arrived. When i contacted customer services they sent a second copy via recorded delivery so it arrived too late - seems a little strange that a product costing over £80 wouldn't be sent recorded? Other than that, very happy.”

“I have used BOB books for a number of years and just LOVE the quality and the finish of the products. I order photo books, calendars and have had enlargements of some photos too and everything is of the highest quality. Lots of friends and family often comment on the sharpness and 'feel' of the products and I always tell them about BOB books - I have introdueced lots of people to the fanulous product”
