“Easy to use website, quality of printing is very good, creating a wonderful memory. Would be useful to be able to print a low quality draft (several pages in a page) to check overall book altogether. Would like to see more backgrounds to choose from”

“Simple to use software, with clear and concise instructions. Uploading the 'album' was easy as were payment instructions. Delivery time was excellent and the overall presentation of the album was fantastic with the album box ordered at the same time completing the impression!Only down side if there has to be one, is the definition on screen (even with my high resolution monitor) does not reflect the overall quality/sharpness of the finished article. This caused concern with my customer at the viewing stage. Robin Sweet LBIPP LMPA”

“I have been using Bobs books for a number of years now, and would not change to another supplier. The books are delivered quickly and are of a very good quality. The tools within the software provide a brilliant level of flexibility and the photo editing tools have allowed me to be creative in the way I assemble the books. If there is one point to note. I like the matt finish, and this tends to darken the image that is seen on screen. I need to make sure that I take this into account when creating my book”

“The choice of paper and sizes is great. I use photo lustre for my wildlife photos . The quality is exceptional. Many people comment on the finished article and many have used your company since. They are always pleased with the results. The delivery service is good and well packed for transport. More books are in the pipeline. The software is easy to use and the variety of options extensive.I am a real fan.”

“The most difficult task in creating a Bob Book is deciding which pictures to use. Everything else is very easy and straightforward. The quality is very good too. I was initially concerned about the quality and brightness of some of the images I had included, particularly from my iphone, but they all reproduced fantastically. Any queries I had were answered quickly either by email or a return phone call. Overall, I am very impressed and already creating another book. I highly recommend Bob Books.”

“i should have edited the photos before they were used. Some of mine were too dark which spoilt the book a bit but my father loved the photos of his 90th birthday celebrations”

“The book quality is lovely I couldn't be happier. What I'm disappointed with is the currier that you used DPD They never arrived when they said they would I took 2 different days off and then I would receive a text every day to say I was not in for it and would I like to arrange a new day and time or pick it up. After 3weeks of this I went to collect which happened to be in the middle of no where and took me 2.5hrs to travel to.”
