“The pictures were fairly easy to move around on the pages and it was good to be able to adjust the colour and light to improve the pictures. The books arrived very promptly in the post”

“I really like the downloadable Bob Designer app - it's quite a sophisticated and reliable tool considering it is freeware, enabling you to prepare the whole book locally on your PC/Mac . I was initially worried about how long it might take to upload the book during checkout, but this proved not to be an issue. Also great its the turn-around time, just 4 /5 days from checking out to receiving the completed book by courier. Excellent!”

Hello Herlina, Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry you have not yet received your photobook. Could you please provide me with your order number and we will look into this for you. Please note turnaround times vary depending on the book format. Production and delivery to the UK is within 10-12 working days for all large landscape books, large portrait books and all photographic paper books. The turnaround time for all other books is 7-10 working days. European orders please allow an additional four to five working days. “Excellent order options when uploading images. The site checks for final print quality based on resolution which is very useful when you're ordering a large print or wall art , as I was. You can check that the final image meets your requirement in terms of crop, resolution etc. There are also image edit options should you want to use them. Personally I think of you're spending your hard earned cash you want to be confident that the image is how you want it "before" you decide to upload it. Delivery was quick and final product was pretty much exactly as I wanted. It's now hanging on my wall !! Would finally recommend Bob's books.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my first photobook that I have made on Bob Books. I am a 'refugee' from Snapfish having used their site for years. Their new updated website has, in my opinion, been detrimental to those of us with poor broadband speeds and the quality of the printing has also deteriorated. I am now in the process of making my second book. I was also VERY pleased with the support I had from your Chat line when I got into difficulties at first with making my first book. Thank you for this service. I am a complete convert to Bob Books.”

“I liked the downloadable software for putting the book together - we have inconsistent internet and it saved me losing what I had been working on. The software was fairly easy to use once you got the hang of it and the product was good quality and as expected.”
