“As a small architectural practice, we regularly hand over a photo book to remind our clients of how far the project has come. We have been using Bob Books for our clients since 2009 and have built up a little collection of books. The hardback and matt finish make the images really special. The delivery times are good and the customer service very knowledgeable and efficient. We cannot fault them. Keep up the good work”

“The software was very easy to use and provided the flexibility to allow me to do some creative things that other companies' products couldn't. The help was great during the process of making the book and following a slight problem with the discount when checking out, Bob's Books came straight back and refunded the discount. You never quite know what you're going to get until you open the packaging but the final product was outstanding. I have recommended Bobs Books to others and will definitely use them again, they were brilliant.”

“I have used Bob Books for a number of projects including a wedding album, smaller holiday albums and a 1m sq canvas and each time the service and quality has been outstanding. Even taking photos with an iphone and printing is excellent. Highly recommend and worth paying the extra cost for printing quality.”

“I was so disappointed with my order. This was a gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The order used my address in Australia and although I contacted Bob books immediately and explained that I could not check my order prior to placing it and it had selected my address for delivery instead of my parents in England, nothing could be done. Unfortunately the order has all now arrived here in Australia and not with my parents and the cost to send it to them is almost as much as the total order. A very sad experience.”

“Very good photobook product and service. I like the combination of lay-flat binding with lustre finish. Colour reproduction was good and the book arrived within a few days. Previously i complained about the poor user interface, but this time i downloaded the bobbooks software and it worked very well. Now, if only they would provide photo templates in standard 3:2 aspect ratio so i don't have to keep editing them and it would be near perfect.”

“I liked Bob Books a lot. It was easy to use and fun to try out the different options. It started to look amazing when I changed to a black background. The end result came fast and is of a very good quality. Maybe not the cheapest but very much worth the money.”

“It took a short while to get the hang of it but once I did I really liked the software. The quality of the book was also fantastic. Also, customer service was superb - particularly Kate who chased up my order several times and rushed it through the system much quicker than my estimated delivery time (I had a tight window). Will definitely recommend!”

“I have had used Bob Books for the first time this year for travel photo books. I used the on-line creator which is quite easy to use after following the tutorial. We have been impressed with the quick delivery once the order has been submitted. The print quality is very good and the finished product looks very professional. Friends have been impressed and I have already passed on the detail to several of them. Just back from another trip, so will soon be busy with my next Bob Book.”
