“The staff were generally helpful when I contacted them. The software is flexible, delivery on time and the quality of the book was good. Only downside is that they don't let you have a pdf book alongside the print version. This is the only thing that would push me to look for another company”

“I have been using Bob books now for a couple of years. I find the software not only easy to use, but it allows me the artistic freedom to create the book I want, just as I did when I used to print them and mount myself in photo books. The end product is well produced and durable, and like owning your own published book, and with the web link that allows you to share with friends means you can keep your copy clean and in good condition without wearing it out from over use.”

“It is brilliant to see a collection of your best holiday photos in book form so nice to show friends and family rather than a computer or TV screen and you can annotate the photos with information to keep memories alive. The quality of reproduction is excellent and the binding durable which is excellent. Some of us are finding the old photo albums have lost their 'stick' and when we open them photos fall out. Not so with a Bob Book!”

“Easy to create once you have downloaded Bob designer. You can save your book so you don't have to rush it. Do a little , save it then go back to it. Came within time given. Good quality. Will definitely use again”

“Wonderful tool. From book creation to order to delivery just works. Is intuitive and easy to use. I love it. Some thoughts: Photo Editor option. Ability to set default option to open editor to photoshop and other installed applications. Photo Editor option: Enhanced featured like other dedicated photo editing tools. Such as fine grained rotation. Lens distortion rectification. Published books: Enlarge the view of a book pages. When share with others, currently. Too small.”

“The book was a bit tricky to put together and took a lot of time to compile the photos and decide how to present them, but it was well worth the effort. The book is wonderful and I have recommended using Bob Books to many friends already. I hope to create another one soon of photos of my father who died recently, as I am sure the whole family would like one.”

“One of the two books I ordered had the wrong contents and included someone else's holiday photographs! This is a major error and should not happen. The books are also very expensive and not value for money.”

I understand you have already been in touch with us in regards to the error with your order and a re-print has already been issued. I do apologise for the mistake made in regards to this order, it is a very rare problem and should not have happened. As it was a bookshop order your order was not automatically refunded as it should have been, this has now been applied and you should receive the funds back in your account in a few days.
