“The book I purchased was of surprisingly poor quality. While service and delivery was fine, the product itself was a terrible value for its cost.”

I have not been able to find a record of email correspondence between you and our Customer Care team, so if you don't mind providing a little more information in regards to your order that would be really helpful. “This was my first Bob Book and I was delighted with the results. Quality paper and great color. Also the first time I had 'done' a book on my laptop, where all the photos were, so no hassles uploading photos. And I can archive the album for future printing if desired. Also I had to make contact with the company as I had to change the address for the book to be shipped to and they were very helpful. I will definitely do another!”

“I have used Bobs books for several years. As an older user I think I am reasonably computer literate but I am certainly far from confident using new 'programmes' . I have always found Bobs Books easy to use and the updates easily installed. The photographic books have always been of a high standard and delivered when stated. A very good service all round.”

“Horribele! Worse ever! Never again! They post 10 books with a value over 1000 euros without a tracking number.They send it 18th sept and on 9 october it still isn't in the Netherlands. I will never work with them again and feel very sad about their absolutely poor process and payment service.”

Hello Brenda, I am so sorry for the problems you have experienced placing your order. I understand that the initial issues you had placing your order was due to your international payment being declined. Our head office were able to help you place the order using a BAC transfer and the order was processed as quickly as possible. However as it was an international order, the turnaround time would be outside our usual UK period of 7-12 working days. Whilst we are unable to confirm a delivery date we have re-printed the order of you and sent this out again tracked. I apologise for any inconvenience and frustration caused. Kind regards, Bob Books

“Making a book with Bob is very easy. I ensure that all the sharpening aids in Bob are not used as I just want my images to look as close as they do on screen in the book. I also go for the glossy pages as this brings out as much detail as possible. Completed books take about 5-7 days to arrive and I find it hard to find any fault with Bob Books. I'll be doing a couple more very soon.”

“Very good quality books and packed so they will not be damaged no matter how much they are chucked around in the post. Our wedding book looks so beautiful we display it on a shelf in the lounge. Not the cheapest but worth the money for something really special.”

“I have been using Bob's books since my granddaughter was born 8 years ago and have a wonderful record of her early days and speaking. A minor quibble. Why not reduce the price when more than one copy is ordered?”

“I've used Bob Books for a number of years and their service has always been excellent. I use the standard Gloss finish in portrait format and the result does more than justice to my photos. It is interesting to see how friends. relatives etc will happily and spontaneously leaf through a Bob Book instead of inwardly groaning when forced to sit down with a bulging photo album!”

“I have now made and ordered 3 (maybe it's 4?) books from Bob's Books and have been really pleased with the process from software to book delivery. The process of making a book is not a quick process but Bob's Software is easy to use for beginners, but what I found brilliant was that after you've worked out the software it's also really easy customise the basic layouts into exactly what you want - personalisation and professional looking too - brilliant! I'd recommend anyone to try Bob's Books if they're making a photobook (the only thing I've used from them so far...)”

“I must admit I went for one of the cheapest options, soft cover and not the premium quality paper but I'm very impressed both with the quality of the book and the reproduction of the images. It's been sat on my coffee table for a few weeks now and I also took it in to work and every one has said how good it is, some even suggesting I should take up a career as a wild life photographer. I don't think they realise just how good Bob Books have made my photo's look :)”
