“Using Bob Books gives me the opportunity to create family photo books that shows my family growing up, and will in time be a memento for my girls to look back on. We always look forward to them arriving and it brings back such happy memories. Photos on pc's never get looked at the same as a photo album.”

“I ordered two books - a hardback and a soft cover. The hardback was not cheap but the quality is excellent. The book even arrived a few days earlier than I was expecting.”

“I love the choice of layouts. The cover and paper quality were far better the pan I expected, although honestly might have preferred to pay less for lower quality. That aside, very happy with the online website for creating the book, the online chat was fast and helpful, and the delivery was also very quick.”

“Books were very good. But I specifically wanted the books to go to a different mailing address, which I filled in on the order form but they were still delivered to our address. So the books weren't a surprise.”

“I have had a great experience using Bob Books and use them regularly. Their photobook software is easy to use, has some great features and offers a lot of flexibility. The books are great quality and arrive promptly and I love the online publishing tool. If ever I've needed any help or guidance I have found the live chat service and the customer service team extremely helpful and responsive. I will continue to use Bob Books and highly recommend them.”

“Excellent, easy to use. I experienced a couple of small problems but my phone call to the helpline was answered quickly and my questions were fully addressed. Nothing is perfect so having good customer support is essential. I have no reservations about recommending Bob's Books.”

“The quality of the finished print is excellent and the software is very flexible and easy to control, once you have spent some time on it.The only thing I find frustrating about Bob Books is that you have to constantly look out for rewards to get a fair price.In fact that is the only reason I am completing this survey-to get a discount.It would be a whole lot simpler if the customer rewards scheme was more generous and simpler.”
