“Excellent print quality. Pretty quick turnaround. On the downside, the customer support don't really offer any advice so you need to be able to use the software and work it out for yourself.”

“Easy to create book online. Book arrived promptly and well packaged. Image quality is good, colours are accurate. Shadows hold detail. Pages are printed on good quality paper. Would use again.”

“Good product and quality printed book. Prompt production and delivery. The design process is well designed and pretty easy to use. The help centre is outstanding and were even open at weekends! Very useful. I always battle to import and orientate my photos without the programme cropping excessively, and Bob Books are no exception in this respect. Shame, or I would have given them 5 stars. I hate losing part of my photograph but I'm not a professional designer so can't find a way around it.”

“Hi Bob, I like the quality of your books and also your offline software for creating those books. I want to stick with your beand as the pictures are very alike to those I see on monitor (just bit darker). Only real problem is, that you are using some terrible delivery company, who I cannot track parcel and in 50% of time it is either returned back or lost. I wish to have some option to pay even bit more for some reliable one like DPD, DHL or PPL. Like the last one, I still havent received it.”

“Overall I found the product to be of a good standard. However its cost point was I believe little high compared to many of its competitors. Personally I felt the number of of templates to be unnecessarily complicated and I would have liked less choice because too many clutter the mind. That said those who like extensive creative options might see the extensive range a benefit. I liked the range of paper options and the quality of the paper and finish. The delivery schedule was reasonable, effective and reliable.”

“I would give Bob Books a 5/5 for quality of product. The book itself is superb - colours and paper excellent. However, I find it frustrating I can't select page layouts from a big list of all page layouts (or even better a customised list) and instead I'm limited to layouts for the "book type" selected. PLEASE update your app BB and you'll have a 5/5 product.”

“I’m very pleased with the cards printed from my photos—they make excellent Christmas cards. The only reason I’m giving four stars rather than five is that a single card was difficult to order and expensive.”

“The books look great! But there was a major problem as the books were lost in transit, which meant they missed the celebration deadline. Not great at the time but everyone was very helpful in making sure they were reprinted at a reduced cost. Appreciated that we were able to talk to someone who cared rather than a machine! Thank you.”
