Good product and quality printed book. Prompt production and delivery. The design process is well designed and pretty easy to use. The help centre is outstanding and were even open at weekends! Very useful. I always battle to import and orientate my photos without the programme cropping excessively, and Bob Books are no exception in this respect. Shame, or I would have given them 5 stars. I hate losing part of my photograph but I'm not a professional designer so can't find a way around it.
