“I really like Bob's Books as they are easy to put together and give a lot of choice and flexibility in terms of size and layout. I like the way you can easily change layouts and move pictures around and go back and forwards whilst preparing the books.”

“I created my first Bob book on my iPad and couldn't believe how straightforward it was. Really, I doubt it could have been easier. My printed book was delivered to me within a few days of placing the order and I was delighted with it. In terms of other observations? I was hesitant about paper options, perhaps I should have taken the time to request paper samples before making my choice. I would have liked to include some captions, but currently that's not possible on the iPad. There are a great number of options for cover and page layouts, even so I would have liked to re-arrange some of the options for facing pages, etc. Aside from these observations, it's a great product and I look forward to creating my particular collection.”

“Very easy to use and practical! I downloaded the software on my pc and it was really straightforward to create the photobook! The books looked exactly as expected when I received them. One exceptional comment for the help I got from the online chat service. Very practical and quick turnover to questions. I am very satisfied overall and I will use it in the future.”

“The book designer is very straightforward and easy to use and the vast choice of book sizes, paper types and additional pages, makes for a very simple way to get exactly what you'd like. As well as this, the delivery is very quick and the quality of the paper and the book as a whole is superb, I choice lustre photographic paper for my photobook and I couldn't have asked for a better quality of paper for my photographs to be printed on.”

“I looked for reviews of different photobook providers before I started my book. BobBooks had one of the top reviews and met my needs with high quality production, no limit on total size of pictures to upload, easy to use book design program and flexibility in size and positioning of each photo and text. I spent a long time designing my book and I am extremely happy with the product - it is a special present for a Cambodian friend, Nary, whom I have known for 20 years - she hasn't got it yet but I have brought it with me to Manila, and a colleague will take it to Phnom Penh in the next week or two. I am confident that Nary will love the book as a reminder of her recent visit to the UK. Thank you BobBooks! I have already recommended you to several colleagues who have been impressed when they got a sneak preview of Nary's book.”

“Missed a couple of pages and had to re-print, meaning I missed a deadline. That said offered a full apology. I was sent a replacement and also someone's else's book! Disappointed by this but product remains of a high standard overall!”

“After quite a bit of internet research, I chose Bobs Books to create 4x large square photo books for my wedding and honeymoon. I found the downloadable software very easy to use to create the books. My only frustration was that when the books arrived, it was immediately apparent that the software template had placed the text the wrong way round on the spine of the front covers (so facing the wrong way to convention on the bookcase, and upside down when placed with the cover up as a coffee table book). Given the expense and that these were for my wedding, this really frustrated me that the template default was incorrect - however the customer service at Bobs Books was fantastic and I was able to return the books and reorder them following flipping the text on the spine. Bobsbook - please update your software so this doesn't happen to others! I am now really happy with the books. The binding and print quality are great. And the customer service and returns policy is exemplary if there is any issue. I will definitely be using Bobs Books again, next time I want to create a photo book.”
