Orders arrived, but never received confirmation from courier that either order had been despatched. So had to ring recipient to see if they had arrived - not helpful. Suggest you take this up with Courier.

Flowers were nice but it says 13 stems that includes the foliage as well so not many actual flowers !! My message on card was blank b and m said I didn’t write a message but I did

Ordered two bunches of the same kind of flowers for different people, only seen a pic of one lot and they look ok Hard to tell by photo.

first time i used them exerlent, this time, it said free delivery, then would not give it me as opption. sain recomende 5.95 track postage. it was not free and they want to charge this for every item purchased. so £3.99 BEAR IS PLUS 5.95 THIS IS NOT RIGHT. JET TO SEE IF IT ARRIVES ON TIME. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT IT DOES AS THEY GO AWAY THAT EVENING.

Unfortunately bad first experience from start to finish. Flowers were supposed to be tracked 24hr after ordered and paid 2.95 extra and didn't receive one update. Rang Royal mail to be told would be delivered next day after and then suddenly left by door and the flowers! Don't even look the same. Half the amount. Won't be using again!

So far the one person I sent them to has been pleased,will wait & see what the next recipient has to say on Wednesday when they receive the flowers

Prompt good service however the flowers were slightly lacking and only a couple of stems I know I ordered the cheapest but still a shame

Flowers were lovely but ordered them next day delivery for a birthday. They arrived two days after being ordered and no explanation was given for why they weren’t delivered on time. Tracked delivery just said unable to attempt delivery today. Also when I ordered it said I would get an email when delivery dispatched. No email received had to log into account to check progress. I was worried flowers would die as in depot so long.

The flowers were fine. However, we never received an e-mail with a tracking number in order to track the progress of the delivery, even though we paid for the service.

Flowers arrived on time,but no card so recipient didn’t know who it was from.company said they would contact recipient,pointless as it was my granddaughter and told her it was me!!
