Was a bit disappointed as card I had written was not put with flowers and they had no idea who they were from. I did ask as I didn’t know if they had arrived. They loved the flowers and were grateful I phoned as they were puzzled as to who had sent them. However I did complain and it was dealt with swiftly and did receive an apology and an offer of sending a card to the participant.

Flowers looked nice, waiting for them to come out more and then they will look even better. Very happy with speedy delivery and free delivery. Will buy again if flowers are nice in full bloom.

I have just ordered flowers ref no bm38283 tried to put the discount no for £10.00 1610472450477 and it's not accepting discount.I Haverford using before not accepting go into chat line.Helped Bit comes up transfers wait 5mins 1st in line wait and wait then give up this has happened twice tried to get chat line for my disvount.Looking forward to reply from you.

Ordered this in a small. Was really happy with the flowers, they’re great, but was a bit disappointed that there were only 6 flowers. I knew I was going to get less than shown in the picture but I feel like the reasonable thing to do would be to advertise exactly what people are going to get instead of leaving them to guess. I imagine that’s the exact reason why they don’t do that though, because 6 flowers looks empty in even the smallest vase.

The flowers are excellent and have used them over 20 times. The only problem I’ve had is that majority of times the message has not been sent with the flowers. I’m fact last time I noticed that the message appeared blank on the receipt. Emailed them straight away but have received no response. So yes the flowers are good but be prepared to follow up to tell the person who sent them.

Flowers look good from the photos I have seen. Much better than Next whose flowers were awful, so well done. I would definitely use you again 👍

I have used B&M flowers before without a problem. This time paid f next day delivery but they did not arrive the next day. Sent an email to customer service but they did not reply.

It would have been nice if the message I had written had arrived with the flowers. My friend wasn't sure who they were from. Thankfully she asked me, if I might have send them.

The last order I made was wrong it took a long time to get s response but when I did I was refunded for the error which I have used against another order. I will review this order when it is delivered

Both recipients received their flowers yesterday, 5th, after failure before Christmas. If I had known you would send them by post I would have used other means, The post office failed me twice twice at Christmas with one of the recipients. Sorry, I have just seen further in the survey that you ask how they arrived. I do not know with the second delivery. I received a call at around 18:30 saying they just arrived and were beautiful

Flower prices are good and delivery was on the day i requested. One issue was paying for a tracked delivery which was added to the bill and there is no option to cancel and was totally useless when I tried to use It i through the royal mail tracking service . The last update was they were at the local mail centre and will be delivered in time for Xmas . They did arrive that same day to my requested address only from my friend to thank and tell me . THEY advertise FREE delivery something i did not get . And be aware they are a third party and cannot speak to anyone and have to email any issues which I did regarding the free delivery and still waiting after a week an answer.
