Terrible service. I never received my flowers and yet you ask me to review my experience. Is this a joke to you? I ordered flowers on Monday the 15th and they never arrived and your customer service never provided any reasonable explanation. I actually found the staff quite rude and dismissive. Won’t be ordering again!! I hope I receive my refund as per my request!!

I will never use nor recommend your company again. Order did not arrive on 28th as booked for special diamond wedding anniversary. So disappointing!!!! Had to wait til 30th as no Royal Mail deliver on 29th as bank holiday. Did no one in B&M or Royal Mail think that a diamond wedding anniversay - 60 years married - was worth prioritising for a couple of 80 year olds.

The flowers were very poor for the money. I doubt that I would use B&M flowers again. Would not recommend. On the plus side delivery was good.

Flowers where NOT fresh, looked worse than garage bought flowers would have got three times the amount from Morrisons/asda or tescos for the money l paid....disgusting small not medium bunch of dried, sad looking flowers very disappointing and won't use B&M flowers again ...they've lost a small fortune from myself and other family members as all agree terrible flowers

i purchased flowers for a grieving mother - when i told B&M about it the customer "representative" Zahra.i had no remorse nor did she rectify the problem by refunding my money - insensitive idiot company - I am a frequent shopper at B&M - not no more after this!!

Bulbs had only just broken though the surface so, rather than tub of flowering bulbs I expected, what was delivered was just a container of mud. And it was delivered a day late!

Flowers were ordered on 17/12 for delivery on 30/12. They have still not been delivered!!!

I inputted messages for the message cards when placing 3 orders of flowers. Only 1 out of 3 of the confirmation emails included a message, so I immediately contacted customer service to resolve. They did nothing to help, and even the order with the message acknowledged didn't arrive with the message card! So that's £45 worth of flowers going to the recipients anonymously because of a total failure to include the messages that I inputted when ordering. Absolutely useless. Customer service were just and disappointing and frustrating as the product service. No compensation offered. Will not be ordering again. Go with somewhere more reliable.

Flowers were supposed to be next working day. Days later and still my mum hasn't received them. Live chat busy when i tried chasing it up. No tracking either. Very slow and misleading service, will not be using again. My poor mum is poorly and all I wanted was something to cheer 😢

Never ever buy from B&M flowers .bought for someone from them and despite paying fro next day gurented service they fail to deliver for 2 days !! The event and person it was indeed for was over . The state of flowers inside the box for 2 days with royal mail you can imagine !!upon connecting the company several time they sent me a picture of parcel left outside they 3rd day with no one to sign for it or pick up . No refund or compensation neither do any help from customer service they kept saying we deliver woth third party we sent this out on time for God sake ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ITS DELIVER ON TIME USE BETTER SERVICE FOR DELIVERY YOU CGARGING FAILRY HIGH PRICSES THAM ANY OTHER SERVICE . AND IF YOI FAIL TO DOO SO ALTEAST COMPENSAT YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!

The bunch of flowers I received had at least 6 flowers less than the advertised medium on the site. Furthermore, the next day delivery turned up so late in the day my parents had gone out for a meal... spoke to some employees via email but essentially fobbed off... live and learn... next time pay the extra tenner and go with Interflora!
