“The first flowers I received were browning. When I emailed they were very quick to respond, to apologise and to send out replacements. Can't ask for more than that. The replacements were beautiful.”

“Beautiful flowers but not precisely as advertised. Roses were darker than the lilac and pale pink shades on the website. They were still handled well and bloomed beautifully. Would use again.”

“Flowers would have been perfect had your courier Yodel not left them directly in the sunlight mid afternoon in full public view.....Lucky they were not stolen from recipient. Yodel also lied by saying on tracker that they had posted them through the letterbox, which they hadn't So hence due to Yodel have scored you 3”

“Beautiful flowers arrived on time and appeared similar to the image on the site. Very happy with these and 7 days later they are still looking lovely. I would say that in general, the bouquets on the site appear bigger on the photographs than when they arrive, but all flowers listed were included so it’s just clever camera angles!”
