Well When I Ordered the Flowers on Saturday the Group of Flowers Looked Bigger, & Then I Decided to go Large But as it Arrived & We Opened the Parcel in my Opinion it Wasn't Great Value for Money!!

This was the first time I had used Blossoming Gifts and I have good and bad points.. The flowers were delivered right on time, as promised and I received emails and texts to inform me they were en route and then had been delivered. Also the flowers lasted about 10 days after delivery. However I received a few emails addressed to Mr and Mrs ... (the name of the recipients) which was rather strange as their names were clearly listed as the recipients, not the Sender. The driver was very polite to my friend when he delivered the box containing the flowers and even brought it into the house and put it on a table for her - unfortunately, even though there was a picture on the outside, the box was upside down. The flowers were immobilised inside the box so they didn't fall all the way down but the very top tips of the flowers were broken and had to be trimmed slightly. A shame, as the flowers were a surprise Anniversary gift for my friend and her husband. Could you please advise the drivers to handle the boxes with more care? Thanks

Lovely flowers and quick delivery, although the arrangement was smaller than it looked online. Also the message card I ordered was a little disappointing, just made from normal paper folded over and the spacing of the message wasn't right. Also, the flowers have died very quickly compared to supermarket flowers that are still alive and were half the price!

Arrived on time (Sunday morning before mid day). Lovely flowers & cake but sadly the Balloon arrived deflated, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Though the flowers were great, there was an issue with the address resulting in the flowers only making it as far as the building (and not the company within the building I wrote in the address field when I ordered). This meant that the recipient got them a day later than wanted (and I'd paid for them to arrive sooner). Not impressed, but the flowers survived until the next day, so that's something.

The flowers were lovely but there were not very many of them considering I payed extra for the larger size. I think I will go to the supermarket for flowers next time.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and I had to chase around trying to find them. The amount of gerbra was poor. Wouldn't use you again

All the flowers that were advertised did arrive in the bouquet, but the image on the website is very misleading. The flowers were very small and the recipient had to buy a few extra stems to make it look fuller & better. I wouldn't have paid the full price for the bouquet, but for the price I did pay I thought it was okay, but not somewhere I will be ordering from again.

I was pleased with the speed of delivery of my order,however the planted pot which arrived,although very nice,bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pot depicted on line. I understand that stock is subject to availability,but it would have been nice to have been notified that I would be receiving an alternative
