Well I would have given very good star if the Mother's Day flowers I ordered were delivered on the day specified but they weren't. I had to phone up the next day to ask why this had happened. I was pleased with the way I was dealt with and mum ended up with an upgraded bouquet of flowers which she was delighted with.

your rose is not as big and bloomed as you presented in the picture. I'm not satisfied at all because I can buy a more luxury rose bunch with the amount I spent. Not recommended.

The photo of the product was much fancier than what the product actually was. The gift arrived on time but it was missing part of the package. I addressed the matter to Blossoming Gifts.com and they were very positive, they promised to deliver the missing part and offered a discount on my next purchase.

Really efficient service, delivered less than 12 hrs after delivery, however the flowers delivered left a little to be desired, yes they were the same main flowers and colour as in the picture, but hardly any of the 'fillers' shown and overall seemed overpriced in comparison to say a £15 supermarket bouquet.

The flowers were ok. However I was very disappointed in when sending flowers to to a funeral director you addressed your emails about delivery to the person who had clearly died instead of the person who ordered the flowers. I think you need to get your communications in order.

Disappointed that the flowers were delivered a day later than I had requested. Consequently I didn't get to see what I had ordered and the people I had bought them for had to come back into work specially to pick them up. If they had been delivered on the day I requested, they would have been in the office working.

The ordering process was simple. Unfortunately I had to request a delivery confirmation 2 days after expected delivery. 2 days after that I also received the automatic confirmation which was addressed to the recipient and not me. As the person who placed the order and not the recipient I cannot comment on the flowers etc.

Quick ordering and using TheGivingMachine meant a fantastic 19.55% given to my charity. Flowers were in excellent condition, well packed and delivered on time. The only downside is that not all flowers came out as fully as I had hoped to make it look like it was more 'full' in relation to the picture. However more upsides than down so will look to use the service again.

Went for a "large" bunch of flowers and after seeing them did not think this was very large. However the arrangement was beautiful.

Ordered the gift set with flowers and wine but only the flowers arrived. I did get in touch and I was refunded but was disappointed that my order wasn't for filled correctly.

I recently ordered two sets of flowers from you one for my mum delivery postcode PH2 9DA & one for my sister delivery postcode KY4 0JX From feedback from my mum the flowers were way past there best, not really worth putting in a vase & not to waste my money again, she said there was a leaflet about flowers from Debenhams?? The ones delivered to my sister were apparently beautiful & lasted nearly two weeks. So no complaints there. I suggest you should review your suppliers to my mum's address & had they been to the same standard as my sister's you would have received a much better rating. Perhaps you could consider sending my mum a complimentary bouquet or issue me with a credit note? Thank you

I was very disappointed as the details I wanted on the card to my mum for her birthday was not on the card the card only said happy birthday mum and as I'm one of four siblings it could have been from any one of us so therefore she had no idea who had sent the flowers and had to wait till I rang to see if she got them ok. I rang to check as when tracking the progress of delivery it showed a different post code to which I had given. However my mum was pleased with them

Poor. The bouquet I purchased contained Daisies that were so dry and dead that they were beyond resurrection. This bouquet was bought for a 40th birthday and to be sent obviously non freshly cut flowers was very poor. I can't say I use this company again.

Sad to only rate as 3 because flowers were beautiful but unfortunately royal mail delivery when no one was home on Saturday meant dead flowers collected on Monday

Although my Mum was delighted with her flowers I was really disappointed to see that the bouquest looked considerably smaller than the website photo. There were were only three yellow roses and hardly anything else. It didn't really fill a vase and certainly wasn't the full bouquet shown in the picture. Still, she was pleased with it and all the flowers were in lovely condition.
