“The delivery was prompt and the packaging of the flowers was lovely, but I received fewer tulips than what I ordered and they looked tired and not fresh at all. I know that they have a happiness guarantee, however as they just give store credit in case someone is not happy, and I definitely won't use them in the future for flower orders, I didn't see the point to use their happiness guarantee.”

“Orders always arrive on time. Quality of flowers/plants very good, never had any complaints from friends & family who have received the gifts. I can't answer some of the questions:who the delivery service was as they weren't for me!”

“Easy to order, beautiful arrangements and great options. Arrived on time and the recipient was very pleased. The only downside was I didn't receive a dispatch notification, so had to wait to hear from the recipient to know they were on their way/delivered.”
