“Ordered letterbox flowers for an elderly friend in a London flat which unfortunately weren't delivered, just note saying they were at PO. Friend was unable to collect. Expressed disappointment and friend was sent a beautiful bouquet, much more than I ordered. Very impressed.”

“I ordered a bouquet as an anniversary present, as we were in a high risk group and couldn't go out. Setting the date was a little confusing, the calendar only event to March 31 and it needed much tweaking to get it to move to April 1st. That said, the rest was simple. The flowers arrived on the correct day, the bouquet was beautiful and most of it is still flowering.”
