“The flowers were delivered when they were expected with the nice card and chocolates. Unfortunately the bunch of flowers looked rather different to the ones that were pictured on the website, the picture was not available on the website to compare when the flowers were delivered. The roses and carnations are nice, but the chrysanthemum although there are a decent number of them they looked a bit sparse in the petal area and there was a lot of greenery to bulk it out. With all that said they were much appreciated by my mum, she loved them.”

“I am afraid my experience, using them for the first time is poor. I paid for the flowers and chocolate Mother’s Day Package and whisky the flowers turned up, the chocolates didn’t. I raised it with them and they have advised they have reimbursed me for the chocolates and postage. I still have no clue as to how much either was as it was a package, I have tried to ask but had no response. Surely they would send the chocolates out too, that’s what I wanted? Also interesting to note that, when invited to give feedback, if I answered no, it goes straight to an email us page, if I put yes, it goes straight to the review page.... If you want, genuine and honest feedback, don’t divert, accept it and learn from it”
