“Very easy to order online , flowered arrived on correct day and we’re in good condition. Recipient sent me a picture of them in vase. Just was worried that they wouldn’t be there when she arrived home from work because they weren’t put through letter box but left propped up against the door.”

“Good experience overall, I am technically challenged so this may not be everyone’s experience - I could not work out where to write the message for the recipient. Also the colour of the pot shown was not what was delivered, I only saw in the small print that it was the incorrect colour once it was on the way. The picture still showed my choice. I chose the pot as the same as the one on the original picture. It did not indicate on the choices page that I had to change the colour which I would have done.”

“Lovely flowers, enjoyed by the receiver as a gift. They were supposed to arrive on the Wednesday and did not arrive until the Saturday so we're in transit for 4 days which was not ideal but probably due to royal mail rather than B&W”
