“Blind came quickly, excellent quality of build and good fabrics / materials. Easy to follow instructions, however the supplied screws were utter garbage, once I threw them out and used my own I was cooking with gas!”

“There was a problem of mixed colours in the initial batch of vertical blinds sent but this was quickly resolved once I had contacted Customer Experience. However, if I had needed to use the blinds quickly, this could have potentially been a problem. All's well that ends well”

“good service, excellent quality. BUT it is not very clear on the web site why "premium" is premium and how it is different to "standard" quality blinds. i have ordered both types in the past and think the detail must be explained better at the ordering stage.”
