“Always a quick response to order progress and delivered on time”

“Would have given the service 5 stars but for the delivery via UPS They delivered the blinds to a local central drop off point and not to our home address. They never let us know that the blinds were there and it was only by checking the tracking that we found out.”

“My first three orders were excellent and I could not fault them. However, my recent purchase has not been good. First they did not contact me to say they were out of stock and it was only when I contacted them that they told me they could not deliver for 6 weeks, otherwise I would not have known. So I changed my order over to another blind and they missed off one of the blinds. However they have made some compensation but communication seems to be an issue.”
