“Ordered from you several times before, blinds are great,easy to fit and great quality.... Until you get a faulty one like we did this time. Ignoring emails, no correspondence at all. Day 12 no reply, £70 worse off and a useless blind that won't go up or down. Very poor customer service”

“The blinds look lovely but the fitter had problems getting them up and staying up because the clips were not very binding. Out of 7 blinds two have now fallen down so we are scared to pull them up and down which seems weird”

“Quality blinds. Arrived much quicker than expected. Businesses and their tricks. Instructions not 100% clear on which way round the brackets go. Put them up backwards to start with. Overall really happy with them.”

“An absolute shambles. Ordered roller blinds delivery was 10-12 days, it’s now 7 weeks later and no blinds! After contacting on social media and via email I had a response saying we are looking into it but this was 4 weeks ago and since emailing and messaging them over and over after the intital message I have simply been ignored. Messages on instagram are read but not responded and emails are now being ignored. What am I meant to do here? They have simply took my money, not delivered product and are now ignoring any contact? Do not order from these guys absolutely shocking.”
