“I have used Blinds2go for many years and have always received great service and quality products. As we have moved to a new house I recently ordered 6 blinds for different rooms, the first to arrive had some problems, there was quite a bit of communication between customer services and myself but eventually I spoke to a really helpful agent who solved the problem for me wihtout any further fuss. All of the blinds look great, we are really please and will be ordering more soon.”

“Thrilled to bits with a black Venetian for my bathroom. Ordered it just before Christmas and wasn’t expecting it to arrive until after Christmas but was really pleased when it arrived the same week I ordered it. It was up the same day and it looks amazing! Excellent price, excellent product and excellent service. Would highly recommend Blinds 2go. Thank you”

“The item I received arrive promptly but the packaging was poor. One of the blinds had a kink in it and one of the adjusting strings was broken. I managed to effect adequate repairs as sending it back would have been a nightmare in the present climate.”

“Normally very good indeed but don't buy the rapid delivery service for £9.95 as the package didn't arrive when promised and they don't answer your emails when you are chasing for it. No response to my request for refund either.”
